IvLu MKGT LLC is a legally constituted company operating under the laws of the State of New Mexico and engaged in wholesale procurement, cross-border distribution, and multi-channel retail. This website serves strictly as an institutional business-to-business (B2B) portal for supplier inquiries, wholesale purchasing discussions, and commercial account review.

To establish a commercial buying relationship or issue formal Purchase Orders (POs), all manufacturers and authorized distributors must complete our standard corporate verification workflow. You agree to provide accurate, current, and verifiable institutional details (including valid corporate email addresses and registered business domains). We reserve the right to decline purchasing accounts or terminate corporate evaluations at our sole logistical discretion.

Any intellectual property, wholesale pricing matrices, or confidential product catalogs submitted to our purchasing division are treated with strict corporate confidentiality. Conversely, all content, design elements, layouts, and trademarks displayed on this portal are the exclusive property of IvLu MKGT LLC and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

Unless commercial terms are agreed otherwise, cross-border shipments are coordinated through independent freight forwarding and logistics providers in Laredo, Texas. IvLu MKGT LLC does not own warehouses or receiving facilities. Channel placement and resale remain subject to supplier and brand distribution policies, including MAP requirements where they apply.

These Terms of Service and any commercial engagement arising from the use of this portal shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes must be resolved within the appropriate state or federal courts of New Mexico.
